Christopher J. Hoy Scholarship Silent Auction & The Artist Alley

Be sure to stop by the Silent Auction located in the San Diego Convention Center, Lobby D. Named for a long-time ALA staff member, the annual scholarship is awarded to an individual pursuing a library sciences degree in an ALA-accredited program.

The Artist Alley includes original artworks from all genres by today’s leading artists, illustrators, and creators of comics, games, and graphic novels. These works will be available for bidding in the Silent Auction. Also featured in the silent auction are the original vibrant quilts created by the Biblioquilters. The quilt makers are representatives who work both in and with libraries.
